Introducción



Nosotros comenzamos nuestro análisis del tema actual de la inteligencia artificial y su aplicación en el campo de la jurisprudencia con una visión general de las herramientas para el análisis sintáctico y semántico de los textos que se utilizan en el desarrollo de soluciones Legaltech.



En los comentarios al artículo anterior, una pregunta muy difícil corría como un hilo rojo: ¿por qué no extraer del texto todos los significados que contiene? ¿Cuál es la dificultad aquí? Esta pregunta es extremadamente indicativa, por lo que decidimos prestarle más atención y dar la respuesta más detallada.





Entonces, hoy intentaremos responder una serie de preguntas aparentemente simples:



  1. ¿Cómo encontrar "todos los significados" en el texto? ¿Cuáles son las diferencias en la percepción del texto entre un experto en la materia (abogado) y un lego (desarrollador)?
