Si ha utilizado versiones anteriores de Kubernetes, la misma 1.16, es posible que haya visto una advertencia extraña de kubectl run.

Hasta hace poco, este comando podía generar objetos para implementación o YAML desde la línea de comandos. A partir de Kubernetes 1.18, esta función se ha roto de una manera muy sorprendente. El artículo responderá las preguntas "¿Por qué?" y "¿Cómo vivir más con esto?"

Antes de profundizar en estas preguntas, recuerde que hay tres formas principales de crear objetos para su implementación en Kubernetes:

A través de la API (como hace, por ejemplo, OpenFaaS)
Creando manualmente un archivo YAML. O más cerca de la realidad: copie y pegue en él desde algún lugar desde diferentes sitios (hola, StackOverflow)

      --template='': Template string or path to template file to use when -o=go-template, -o=go-template-file. The
template format is golang templates [http://golang.org/pkg/text/template/#pkg-overview].
      --validate=true: If true, use a schema to validate the input before sending it
