¿Qué pasa con el arte NFT?

Durante las Ășltimas semanas, noticias sobre la "nueva era del arte digital", ventas de memes y obras de artistas digitales por cientos de miles (!) No, ÂĄse han escuchado millones de dĂłlares en todas partes! Esta es una oportunidad para que los artistas digitales finalmente ganen su propio centavo y para los coleccionistas, para superar su colecciĂłn de gifs. ÂżSuena bien? SĂ­, ahora mismo.





Antes de Habra también tenía histeria NFT, así que escribiré sobre este fenómeno desde un ångulo ligeramente diferente.





Propiedad

El deseo de comprar algo surge de la conciencia del valor de lo que se compra. Con un criptoarte, se reclama la "propiedad" de un objeto en la cadena de bloques. Pero todavĂ­a vivimos en un mundo legal que regula tales relaciones entre personas. NFT no estĂĄ regulado ni reconocido en ningĂșn lugar y de ninguna manera como un medio para designar la propiedad. Si hacemos una analogĂ­a desde un punto de vista legal, entonces comprar un criptoarte es lo mismo que comprar una parcela en la luna o llamar a una estrella por tu propio nombre. Recientemente me mostraron un anuncio en Facebook de "Become a Lord". La conclusiĂłn es que puedes comprar un pie cuadrado de tierra en Escocia por $ 49.95 y, segĂșn la ley escocesa, recibir oficialmente el tĂ­tulo de Lord.





En pocas palabras, los mercados equiparan un token de blockchain con el significado legal de poseer algo.
